How Prescription Delivery Works

We know how stressful traveling to a retail pharmacy can be for seniors, busy caregivers, and residential care staff. That is why our pharmacy coordinates prompt, organized delivery directly to your home or care facility door.

Same-Day Delivery Criteria:

Same-day delivery may be available when:

Medication is currently in stock at our pharmacy

Request and physician order are received by approximately 12:00 PM

Delivery requirements are met (normally 3 or more prescriptions for same-day, though urgent individual situations may be evaluated depending on circumstances)

Delivery address falls within our established Southern California service route

Weekend Delivery: Weekend delivery may be available for urgent facility needs by arrangement.

Urgent Medication Needs: Urgent situations are evaluated individually by our pharmacy team. If a medication cannot be provided promptly, pharmacy staff may discuss legally appropriate options, including transfer to another pharmacy selected by the patient when appropriate.
